art of the process of recovery, is you often feel you have lost your sense of self.  It may not feel like it right now, but this

is an excellent opportunity to rebuild yourself into a more authentic you and come out the other-side a much happier, joyful  person.  You'll have an incredible positive outlook in life and the unlimited knowing ability that you can create the life you really want for yourself and your family.

It takes courage to do this and not just distract yourself by self medicating with work, alcohol, sex, drugs, old patterns of poor relationships and generally looking for anything to avoid feeling what needs to come up in order to truly heal and avoid repeating past life patterns, which will eventually give you even more pain until you decide to deal with it.

I have put together some inspiring and validating reading that I have used myself.  Especially relevant after toxic relationships, one of the greatest gifts I was ever given to rebuild myself to the greatest expression of a human being and the very strong and inner powerful man I am today.   I'we used these and many other titles to create not only a new intellectual and emotional experience, but an understanding of our greatest existence on this planet as energetic being having a physical human experience.

Miguel Ruiz works his beautiful magic in <The Mastery of Love>. Miguel explores the pitfalls of our assumptions and beliefs about love and the way in which they limit our ability to enjoy relationship. He also suggests tools and prayers so that we can move out of fear and into a more loving relationship--with ourselves first and then with others.    Ever the story-teller, Ruiz also shares several stories and myths which express his teaching as much through the tone of his words as through the content. The heart-felt way in which he imparts his simple wisdom makes this book a joy to read and easy to absorb. Do you want more fulfilling relationships with others--romantic and otherwise? Do you find it difficult to relate to potential friends and lovers without a cynical mindset? If so, I definitely recommend this book.

Written from his heart, the Four Agreements has made profound changes in my life. What seemed insurmountable challenges became powerful lessons which I was able to embrace with faith and love. What is the dream that you hold for yourself? Allow the magic of don Miguel's wisdom to shift your life into a masterful awareness of all you want for yourself.Become the power that you want in your life, realize the opportunities before you and then you can live in a heaven created from the beauty of your own heart.

Don Miguel Ruiz collaborates with his son, don Jose Ruiz, to offer powerful agreement for transforming our lives. Who is the devil you know?   Is it your lying, cheating ex-husband / Girlfriend or wife? Your sadistic high school gym teacher? The colleague who stole your idea and passed it off as her own?

In the The Sociopath Next Door, you will realize that your ex was not just misunderstood. He or she is a sociopath. And your boss, teacher, and colleague? They may be sociopath too.The fact is, we all almost certainly know at least one or more sociopath already. Part of the urgency in reading The Sociopath Next Door is the moment when we suddenly recognize that someone we know—someone we worked for, or were involved with, or voted for—is a sociopath. But what do we do with that knowledge? To arm us against the sociopath, Dr. Stout teaches us to question authority, suspect flattery, and beware the pity play. Above all, she writes, when a sociopath is beckoning, do not join the game.

Researcher, thought leader Dr. Brené Brown offers a new vision in Daring Greatly that encourages us to embrace vulnerability and imperfection, to live wholeheartedly and courageously.

Every time we are introduced to someone new, try to be creative, or start a difficult conversation, we take a risk. We feel uncertain and exposed. We feel vulnerable. Most of us try to fight those feelings - we strive to appear perfect.   Daring Greatly is the culmination of 12 years of social research, across the home, relationships, work, and parenting. It is an invitation to be courageous; to show up and let ourselves be seen, even when there are no guarantees.   This is vulnerability. This is daring greatly.

Byron Katie's book questions everything we have been taught to think and do to find love and approval and shows how to make the transition to an effective, non-manipulative way of connecting with others. However, when you start to explore The Work, you can begin to enquire into many of the unquestioned beliefs you have lived by, and can begin to change.

The shadow is a part of the unconscious mind consisting of repressed weaknesses and base instincts. Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. Now today's most popular spiritual teachers, Debbie Ford, Marianne Williamson, and Deepak Chopra join forces in this remarkable exploration of the dark side - the emotions and traits we are most afraid of and instinctively hide. When we reject or refuse to acknowledge this part of our nature we become susceptible to those emotions and traits negatively impacting us.
